Please Note all coat orders are made to order and will take up to 28 working days to be shipped. 

The following shipping options will be added to the existing 28 day time frame. 


UK Royal Mail 3-5 days tracked £5


UK Next Day Delivery £10.50 (MON-FRIDAY CUT OFF 1PM)


Eu (European Union) 2-11 days £14.99

International 3-17 days  £30

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.

WE’VE BEEN WORNED is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges that may occur.
Customers outside of UK may need to pay duties and taxes on their order
Any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of We’ve Been Worned. We are unable to advise what they might amount to; as they vary depending on location.

You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order. Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.
If you refuse this charge, the parcel will be returned to We’ve Been Worned. If this occurs, please note that the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be forfeited from and potential refund. Customers are responsible for the return costs of parcels

Completing your purchase indicates your acknowledgement and awareness of these responsibilities. Understanding and acknowledgement of these conditions are mandatory upon checkout.

* US customers please be mindful of the new customs regulations. You may now be required to be pay customs as stated above, and this is solely the customers responsibility & out of our control.

If you refuse the delivery please note- Original shipping costs and any return courier fees charged to us by UPS will be deducted from your refund, as per our policy.

 

ORDERS

  • order shipping dates are stated on the product page, these can sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen, uncontrollable and unexpected circumstances. We will inform you to the best of our knowledge ASAP if this should occur. 
  •  Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as they are made to order.
